U.S. Postal Service truck caught fire on Johnson Avenue in Seymour CT

This afternoon, the Seymour Fire Department was dispatched to the area of Johnson Avenue and Clifton Street for a reported vehicle fire.
FM-1 arrived on scene first and confirmed a fully involved mail truck. Engine 13 arrived shortly after and the crew, operating under the command of FD-1, quickly brought the fire under control.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire under Investigation by the Seymour Fire marshal office.
