Not every day does a USPS mail truck catch fire—but this one did earlier today on Old Spanish Trail! Engine 11’s crew Chase Elsworth and Jon Miller handled it up with Cain Knight pumping that truck. Fortunately, no injuries were reported. However, if you noticed some mail being delayed, this might be the reason.

Mail truck catches fire in Hooksett, NH

New Hampshire State Police are investigating after a mail truck caught fire on Friday.

The fire happened shortly before 9 a.m. at the Hooksett toll area.

The Interstate 93 North and South off-ramps were closed by Exit 11 for about 45 minutes while crews responded.
